BiLab has been diligently working on bringing its unique electrical impedance tomography (EIT) to market. A new spatiotemporal signal separation method enables us to extract cardiogenic signals in addition to conventional respiratory signals, resulting in a novel multi-channel electrical impedance plethysmography (EIP) technology. Clinical applications based on these technologies would include regional lung ventilation imaging for personalized protective ventilation and hemodynamic monitoring augmented by respiratory parameters.
